Spa Receptionist (Female)

Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departure
Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Through good teamwork ensure the day-to-day Spa operations run smoothly and efficiently, in line with Company standards, and with obvious attention to detail
Ensure that the Spa Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments
Demonstrate knowledge of Spa treatments, programs, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
Maximize Spa occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote Spa services and facilities
Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Follow company brand standards
Assist other departments, as necessary
Qualification / requirements:
Minimum of 12 months experiences in similar position with Spa centre or 4-star Hotel Spa
Strong Organizational skills
Pro-active and reliable
Innovative
Warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable
Ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs
Ability to work under pressure
Able to work alone and within a team
Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
Good level in English
German knowledge will be considered as an advantage
