Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Ouranoupolis, Halkidiki
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage all Food & Beverage operations within budget and according to company’s standards
· Handle operational problems, be always present in departments during operational hours and lead Food and Beverage teams
· Monitor costs and recommend measures to control them when needed
· Motivate and mentor all F&B teams to ensure quality service is received by all guests at all times
· Assist in recruitment and in the training of employees, identify and analyze training needs and perform appraisals
· Participate in menu design preparations, food tasting, costing and implementation of menus and wine lists
· Preserve excellent levels of customer service; respond to all guest requests / complaints
· Supervise that health and safety standards are met and that all employees work in a safe environment and have knowledge of recent health and safety regulations
· Prepare reports for management information and improve the profitability of all outlets
