Job Description
The Spa Receptionist is welcoming the guests into the spa, showing them around the premises and responding to all enquiries. A spa receptionist should have knowledge of all the services and treatments offered at the establishment including any offers and promotions that may be on at a particular time. Other responsibilities include billing, monitor treatment availability and make reservations.
