On behalf of our client, we are looking for native Finnish and Dutch speaking professionals to join a mobile game development account in an international company in Athens office! The ideal applicant will fancy playing games online and resolve any emerging problems that clients might face with accuracy and empathy. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
• Receive Inbound calls, E-mails and Chats from consumers requiring product support in Finnish or Dutch.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Be adapted with system information, changes and updates.
• Maintain up to date expertise with gaming industry
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Set high standards of performance for self; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
