Restaurant Supervisor

An independent company specializing in hotel management, consulting and development, is currently seeking to recruit for our property hotel in Mani, professional for the position of Restaurant Supervisor.

Restaurant Supervisor is responsible to provide customer focused service to the guests, ensuring their stay will become an unforgettable experience.

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Purchase goods, manage cost and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Lead F&B team 
• E.F.E.T.Certification
• 2-3 years minimum experience in a Luxury Hotel 
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
• Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell/promote
• Excellent customer service skills
• Problem solving skills
• Well groomed with strong interpersonal skills
