You will be responsible for:

• Conferring with and advising Managers on departmental personnel issues, policies and procedures
• Identifying issues and conducting research to find solutions; resolving personnel issues
• Developing and managing employees within the company
• Planning or leading trainings related to professional and personal development
• Organizing information using software programs or a filing system; maintaining a variety of records and files
• Preparing reports, and presenting conclusions based on data summaries and other findings
• Conducting performance reviews or evaluations.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, public administration, or closely related field
• 1-3 years of professional personnel management experience, ideally in telecommunications or in construction industry
• Basic Knowledge of labor legislation
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office platform
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to take initiatives
• Conflict resolution skills
• Confidentiality, adaptability.

Ideally you shall also have:

• MSc. in HR or MBA
• Very good command of the German language (current level: B2)
