You will be responsible for making sure that company's products and services meet set standards and set up quality assessment processes to maintain these standards. As a Quality Specialist in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications; reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met

Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers; setting standards for quality as well as health and safety; ensuring compliance

Daily monitor products production; Filling monthly reports for the department

Inform/ Update docs in case of non-compliance

Communication with suppliers
-
Supervise production as per group guidelines
-
Maintenance of ISO9001, ISO14000, OHSAS 18000 and other terms

Communication with vendors of quality metrics and appliances
-
Update all files
-
Participate in functional meetings of the factory

Drive reports and researches in TQM

Oder necessary equipment related to quality

Control and Check all lab tests

Ensure that all products are compliant as per their specifications

Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff

Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
-
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports

Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business

Measuring performance against in-house and external standards reviewing existing policies
