The responsibilities of the Office Manager position include:
- Manages reception area and looks after visitors
- Support on a daily basis the Top Management of the company
- Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
- Performs general office clerk duties
- Organizes and maintains office common areas
- Provides support in customer requests
- Support the Commercial Department whenever necessary
