Job Opportunity: Customer Service Support officer (German Speaking) 

Cretan Holidays S.A., one of Greece's largest and most innovative Destination Management Companies (DMC), is seeking to recruit dedicated employees for the summer season 2026.

Job description:

• Support Reps on arrival & departure lists, and on handling of the customers complaints
• Daily communication with the Tour Operators abroad for managing various requests
• Checking process for the Customer Service Web applications
• Act supportively to the Customer Service (CS) team

What we look for:

• Work experience in Back Office position or as Tour Operator Representative
• Customer service attitude
• Communication skills
• PC literacy 
• Fluency in German and English - additional languages considered an asset
