Software Development Manager
Responsibilities:
• Work together with the Technical Manager to plan and execute projects, ensure that team have appropriate technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
• Provide a software development plan
• Evolve the existing software system applications and architecture in various areas as needed
• Help developers resolve both technical problems as well as human resources issues
• Conduct daily meetings
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager in defining the Product Vision
• Handles difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual.
• Provide status reports to the Technical Manager.
• Enforces standard policies and procedures.
