As Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for the below:

• Expanding the company’s portfolio to other destinations
• Lead the overall management and support departments in the achievement of exceptional guest service.
• Adapt, promote and Implement strategies and action plans to achieve the established goals
• Revenue Management, control costs and identify areas of opportunity to achieve the business plan.
• Managing the client relationship from A to Z (booking, arrival, stay, departure) and offer concierge services
• Controlling the property before and during occupations by the company clients
• Resolving and reporting to the CEO all customer queries, ensuring that the service delivered is efficient, prompt and professional
• Assisting guests on any irregular circumstances, report promptly on any incident or complaint raised by the guest
• Giving input for social media and assisting the marketing strategy of the company

Some of the requirements for the position of Hospitality Manager are:

• University Degree or equivalent diploma, preferably in Tourism, Hotel Business or Business Management
• Fluent in English and Greek language, French would be a plus
• Driver License
• Minimum 3 years related experience in similar position in high standard establishments
