What your responsibilities will be as a Hindi/ Urdu Customer Service Representative:

  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with existing clients via telephone
  • Activate passive clients and follow up on potential ones
  • Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that a high level of service is provided
  • Educate customers on business practices, developments, and any associated promotions
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures

You’ll be an excellent fit as a Hindi/ Urdu Customer Service Representative in case you possess:
  • Native level of Hindi or Urdu
  • Excellent level of English
  • PC literacy and knowledge of financial terms
  • High adaptability in dynamic working environments
  • Outstanding communication and listening skills
  • Client-centric mindset
