The job description of the
customer sales support officer is the following:
- book appointments for the sale representatives to meet the decision makers in future clients
- specializing in acquisition of new clients with professionalism
- identify opportunities and interest for Arval's future clients
- qualify and establish relationship with decision-making persons
- send appointment confirmation letters to both sides
- organize visit reports and plan actions after the visit
- support sales account managers in daily administrative tasks
