ICAP Recruitment Solutions on behalf of its client –a multinational company- is seeking for a qualified candidate for the position of:

Logistics Supervisor (0492/LS/RS/GR)

Role Description:

• Responsible for the day to day running of the 3 records centres to ensure provision of timely, quality service and total customer satisfaction 
• Responsible for maintaining all business standards, health and safety, workflow procedures and processes and personnel issues within the team
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all service requests by customers
• Complete and maintain all daily and weekly reports
• Assist with weekends and out-hours special projects as needed
• Manage staff hours and costs
• Complete staff attendance records, manage poor attendance issues and control overtime to ensure not excessive
• Coach, train and guide direct reports to deliver high levels of quality service to customers

Qualifications and Skills:

• A professional qualification or University degree in logistics and/or project management
• At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to build and develop successful long term relationship with customers, direct reports, other teams and departments within the company
• Strong organizational skills
• Project management skills and experience
• Problem solving skills and experience
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Greek and English
• Puts customer First
• Excellent Excel skills and knowledge required -access knowledge will be considered an asset
