Does your previous experience was in an operations department so as to continue your career as a Imports and Exports Agent? Do you enjoy multitasking, coordinate different tasks and communicating with customers? As a Imports and Exports Agent your duties will include the following:

  • monitoring company packages from start to finish, ensuring proper packing techniques and shipping practices
  • management the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies
  • organizing, sorting, and transferring goods from one location to another
  • collaboration and communication with sales, accounting, customer support, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products
  • tracking and updating outgoing status of exports and imports
  • preparation all the shipping paperwork (commercial invoices and shipping vouchers).

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Imports and Exports Agent, you must have the following requirements:
  • 1-2 experience working in a operations role within the shipping industry
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in greek and in english
  • ability to work within a team and with a great sense of accountability
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent PC skills
