Spa Manager (Ref: IAR/SM022)

Location: Kos, Greece
Contract: Full Time /seasonal
Start Date: April 2022

Your main responsibilities

• Manage Spa operations and coordinate the Spa team to reach set performance goals
• Hold revenue management and profit & loss responsibility for all Spa services; ensure Spa profitability
• Ensure brand standards are met to maintain quality and service excellence in the daily operation
• Hire, train and supervise Spa personnel
• Prepare the duty roster and the working schedule
• Handle guests’ requests and complaints with an exceptionally professional manner
• Report to Hotel/General Manager on key services and profit & loss on a scheduled basis
• Ensure all employees adhere to company 5* grooming standards

• Proven experience as a SPA Manager or Assistant SPA Manager ideally in a 5* luxury hotel or in a well-established SPA brand
• Degree/Diploma in Spa/Physiotherapy/Cosmetology
• Computer Literacy & knowledge of Hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio)
• Fluency in English
• Good command of a second language (Russian, German, French) would be a plus
• Knowledge of Spa sales and marketing, budgeting and five-star customer service
• Strong communicative, interpersonal, managerial & problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management, multitask & organizational skills
