Business Intelligence Developer to join their world class software development team.
Business Intelligence Developer (5262/BID/ESS/GR)Main Tasks:- Implementing ETL process. Collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing huge sets of data.
- Participating in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining
- Leading BI software development, deployment, and maintenance
- Developing key performance indicators and strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
- Designing Big Data Solutions through emerging technologies that will leverage BI
- Defining new data collection and analysis processes
- Defining data retention policies
- Developing and implementing reporting mechanisms e.g. reports, dashboards
- Utilizing modern governance technologies and practices such as Data catalogs, glossaries, and dictionaries
- Making data accessible and trustworthy
- Continuously improving processes and establishing best practices around development, maintenance and change management
- Documenting contents in a data warehouse and meta-data storage
- Creating technical documentation for BI tools
- Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
