A-MC Consulting on behalf of its client, a UAE multinational company, is seeking to appoint for its Turkey/Yalova branch based the following.

Position : IT Admin

Level : Entry - Middle level

Age : 30-35

Place : Turkey

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing information technology, computers and computer systems
• Make recommendations for the preparation of departmental budget and capital expenditure requests
• Develop, implement, communicate procedures and coordinate with IT. staff and clients to ensure minimum downtime for backups and prompt restoration of failed computer systems, applications and database components, having direct effect upon customer service to our clients and users
• Ensure full system backup and recovery
• Audits user access to various IT Systems to ensure appropriate authority
• Running regular checks on network and data security
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures, information security and control structures
• Install hardware and peripheral components
• Load appropriate software packages such as operating systems
• Administer email and anti-virus systems

Background/Previous experience

• 5 – 7 Years previous experience as IT

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science
• 5+ years of experience within information technology
• Proven working experience as an IT administrator or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer
• hardware/software systems
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Knowledge of website development and coding is a plus
• Problem solver and critical thinker
• Fluent English is a must (Speaking & Writing)
