Project Manager (Electrical Engineer)
for its headquarters, located in Athens. The company specializes in the Development & Licensing, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), Operation & Maintenance of Renewable Energy projects and Energy Efficiency and it is currently expanding its portfolio.
Duties
- Supervises and checks studies prepared for projects of his / her responsibility
- Works closely with internal and external designers and project managers
- Develops business plans / budgets for the projects assigned
- Prepares time tables for the follow-up of projects
- Runs researches for contractors, negotiates, evaluates and proposes offers
- Has the responsibility for contracts in cooperation with the Legal Department
- Supervises the transportation and installation process
- Generates analytical reports for the time schedules, cash flows and profitability of the projects
- Maintains good relations with stakeholders and public authorities
- Follows the developments in his/her area of responsibility
