On behalf of our partner, SAP HELLAS, the leader in enterprise software and software-related services in Greece, we are looking for a Software Contracting Administrator with primary responsibility to review and approve Deals for SAP Customers and Partners. The Software Contracting Administrator (SCA) will create contracts for submission to SAP’s existing and potential new customers, will provide administrative support, review, interpret and confirm contracts terms and conditions, to be compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe eligible candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Review and Approve Deals for SAP Customers and Partners;
- Create contracts for submission to SAP’s existing and potential new customers: Responsible for drafting, modifying and finalizing contracts and/or licensing agreements, including new and add-on business for software and services including consulting, maintenance and training;
- Validate contracts: Closely cross-collaborate with the international Sales, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams in the local market unit during the contract drafting and negotiation process. Verify customer, user and pricing information provided by Account Executives and Pricing teams, work with the Revenue Recognition teams to prevent revenue deferrals and ensure final business and contract terms;
- Monitor contract cancellation dates, trial agreement dates, as well as provide contract amendments for non-revenue generating issues (Terminations, Maintenance Transfers etc.);
- Review, interpret and confirm contracts terms and conditions, verify compliance with internal policies and external regulations;
- Actively contribute to in-time processing of customers’ sales orders within the SAP systems.;
- Answer internal and external queries within Service Level Agreement;
- Anticipate issues and initiate actions to resolve them using professional judgment and concepts, company policies and procedures;
- Independently drive efficiency and process improvements. Support projects, report and monitor activities;
- Archive and maintain all contractual documentation;
- Provide active quarter-end and year-end close deal support to the sales community in a dynamically driven environment;
