Finance Manager (Full-time, Athens, GR)

The successful candidate in this role combines a diverse breadth of experiences in strategic senior finance roles, at least 5 years of developing proven financial strategies as well as a capacity to successfully engage with stakeholders, external partners and lead a team.

You will be responsible for:
-Ensuring a healthy financial state by managing the company’s payments and further financial obligations
-Cash-flow monitoring and planning
-Managing the finance & accounting team
-Financial long-term forecasting and budgeting (incl. risk management)
-Leading the internal and external reporting of the company (year-end, audits, etc.)
-Keeping the company compliant with the current tax frame and legislation (policy and process making)

To qualify for the role, you must have:
-Bachelor’s Degree in accounting / finance or other related field
-3-5 years of experience in financial management
-Good leadership, interpersonal & problem-solving skills
-Ability to perform in a multitasking & fluid environment

Ideally, you’ll also have:
-Experience with international working environments
-Good command of the German language
-Proven leadership record
-MSc Degree or MBA
