Optimal HR Group is looking to recruit a Chef, on behalf of a client’s private yacht.
Main Responsibilities:
- Professional preparation of daily dishes for passengers and crew.
- Ensuring adequacy of supplies and ordering of stock.
- Correct handling of all products and equipment.
- Ensuring of perfect cleanliness in working area.
- Putting effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Qualifications:
- At least two years previous experience as a chef in a private or charter yacht.
- Experienced in a vast array of cuisines.
- Ability to multi-task and cope under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language.
- Degree in Culinary science or related field would be considered a plus.
- Health certificate is desirable.
