Περιγραφή

So what does a Customer Care Advisor really do? Think of yourself as someone who will provide extensive troubleshooting with application content via email and chat to our customers, so not everyone can qualify for this role. We make sure we get the best of the best, after all, we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top-notch.

Responsibilities
  • Answer software and technical questions through email, chat, and phone conversations
  • Perform root cause analysis to determine the appropriate course of action
  • Contribute to the knowledge base through technical and provide support documentation
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service through email, chat, and phone conversations
  • Research issues and provide effective solutions

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Must be bilingual French/English speaking C1 level--written and spoken
  • 2+ years of customer service in a technical support environment
  • Moderate level experience with Excel
  • Well versed in chat and email etiquette--great communication skills through writing and speaking
  • Adaptable and curious about new technologies
  • Able to work independently and flexible enough to collaborate with others
