Responsibilities
- Answer software and technical questions through email, chat, and phone conversations
- Perform root cause analysis to determine the appropriate course of action
- Contribute to the knowledge base through technical and provide support documentation
- Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service through email, chat, and phone conversations
- Research issues and provide effective solutions
