An Investment Services Firm, carrying out its activities in Europe, is seeking people for the position of
AML-Compliance - Junior Assistant to assist with Company’s AML/Compliance Department, in its main office based in
Athens.
Responsibilities
- Updating client files, risk classification and escalating cases to the AML Officer
- Coordination with Internal Audit
- Assist with performing Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence procedures for new and existing customers
- Updating existing AML policies and procedures of the Company
- Administer the investigation of customer complaints and Quality Control monitoring
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of all required reporting obligations to the Regulator Authority
- Identifying, examining and reporting any suspicious activities related to money laundering and terrorist financing
- Annual AML regulatory compliance reports
