As a Senior Marketing Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementating the company's marketing strategy
• Making suggestions for implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives that support the company's goals for sales volumes
• Promoting the company's brands based on the commercial strategy
• Maintaining company's presence on social media and digital channels
• Being responsible for new product launches, promotions and campaigns (ATL & BTL and direct communications)
• Planning all digital marketing activities, including internet, SEO/SEM, email, media social networking and advertising
• Developing, implementing and promoting new products and services
• Managing the relationship with the advertising agencies and strategic partnerships with the media
• Planning improvements and managing content on company's website and social media
• Measuring, analyzing and reporting performance on all digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with the sales team ensuring maximum results of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Monitoring marketing expenses & KPIs and suggests corrective actions where needed
• Proposing corporate strategies related to business development
• Staying up to date with new market trends and competition

In order for your profile to match the Senior Marketing Manager position you need to have the following skills:

• Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in marketing and digital marketing, as a Senior Marketing Manager
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent; MSc degree will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills and networking ability
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer experience focused
• Fluency in English language
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Strong project management and managerial skills
• Strong influencing, partnering and communication skills
• Very strong organisational skills and able to operate a dynamic environment
