Key Account Manager
Job Description
· Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients,
· Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements,
· Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives,
· Performing sales activities in the assigned top customers to accomplish annual sales objectives,
· Visiting top customers regularly,
· To follow up customers’ orders, shipments, payments and service matters,
· Monitoring sales performances of the customers,
· Increasing the sales volume of the existing customers’ sales with new products,
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
· Inform customers on offers/promotions etc and apply data on CRM platform,
· To work with marketing department for marketing activities and expand the brand awareness on his customers’ portfolio,
· Manage the business by interacting with the other departments in the company.
