Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading worldwide Retail company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Key Account Manager


Job Description

· Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients,
· Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements,
· Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives,
· Performing sales activities in the assigned top customers to accomplish annual sales objectives,
· Visiting top customers regularly,
· To follow up customers’ orders, shipments, payments and service matters,
· Monitoring sales performances of the customers,
· Increasing the sales volume of the existing customers’ sales with new products,
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
· Inform customers on offers/promotions etc and apply data on CRM platform,
· To work with marketing department for marketing activities and expand the brand awareness on his customers’ portfolio,
· Manage the business by interacting with the other departments in the company.


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile

· Bachelor's Degree in Management/Marketing/International Business or other related field,
· Proven experience as Key Account Manager,
· 5 years of experience in B2B Sales in one of Consumer Durable Goods Sectors,
· Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus,
· Previous experience in exports is a plus,
· Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies,
· Strong Analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
· Fluent communication both written and verbal in English language,
· Good level of MS Office applications (Excel and Powerpoint mainly),
· Availability for travelling and ability to organize trips with time management and organization skills,
· Analytical minded, result oriented, self-drive, stress-resistant and good at teamwork,
