Payroll Specialist (Ref: TH/PS023)

Your main responsibilities
- Perform and audit the process of payroll production
- Oversee and audit the import of all new hired personnel at the payroll software
- Oversee the import the readjustments and/or annual leave at the payroll software
- Ensure that sick leave record of employees is properly kept
- Oversee the electronic submission of every working schedule at the Labor Inspection Service
- Process and deliver to the Payroll Manager respective payroll files, such as payment files, insurance list to be submitted to the public sector etc.
- Deliver respective accounting entries for all group's payroll
- Be the contact person for payroll matters for all personnel.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department manager
- Keep track and enhance the payroll software with the latest updates and features
- Issue certificates related to the public sector
