Brand Ambassadors Team Supervisor (Athens based)

The job holder will be responsible to ccordinate, guide and inspire the team members of the promoters (Brand Ambassadors) in his/her geographical area of responsibility based on the trade marketing program, strategy and priorities of the company.

Job Description
•Manages daily workflow upon defining & communicating team's’ trade objectives and monitoring the team’s performance
•Organizes effectively team’s schedule & onboarding of new hires, set priorities upon achieving high productivity and time efficiency
•Manages its own team of Promoters reinforcing engagement and results-orientation, providing constructive feedback, and provide solutions where needed
•Prepares and provides on-time sales report to Trade Marketing team

Candidate Profile
•Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any field
•Two (2) to three (3) years of working experience in a similar position from an advertising/promotional services company or from the sales or trade marketing function of a FMCG – Retail company
•Proven experience in team management
•Fluency in Greek and English
•Excellent knowledge of Ms-office applications (mainly, Excel and PowerPoint)
•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
•Creative mindset and passion for problem-solving
•Go-getter, results-oriented professional
•Relationship building capabilities
•Strongly self-motivated to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of tobacco industry standards and trends
•Flexibility for some travelling outside of Attica
