As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for greeting guests when they enter the hotel, providing useful information about the hotel, helping guests to make travel arrangements, and addressing any customer complaints or passing those complaints onto management. Guest Relations Agent, you will be part of the Front Office team. We work every day to improve and learn, while we have committed to continuous training and personal development of each member of the team. What is the challenge?- Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences
- Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
- Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones
- Replying to guests’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Actively listen to and resolve guest complaints
- Ensuring special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services
- Being available to personally welcome and escort VIP and offer to act as a point of contact for any requests they may have during their stay
- Personally, engaging with guests throughout the hotel in the lobby, outlets, by the Pool or over the phone to gain feedback on their stay and ascertaining how the front office team can make them more comfortable
- Answering internal and external guest queries and responding to all requests accordingly
- Coordinating activities between different hotel departments to ensure effective team work and guest satisfaction
- Understanding the various offerings within the hotel and be able to upsell different services according to guest requests
