Manpower Group Greece, on behalf of its client leading in its industry, is looking for a passionate Client Service Expert who will raise the bar of the customers’ experience standards!
The ideal Candidate should:

Retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times.

  • Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via inbound calls, mail, and online chat for customers to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
  • Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Profile:
  • Fluency in German, Polish, Czech or Dutch language.
  • Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written).
  • Tech savvy.
  • Previous experience in the field will be considered as an asset.
  • Genuinely excited to respond to customers’ queries and problem-solving oriented.
  • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and passionately communicative.
