Online Exams Supervisor – German Speaker (Remote)

Optimal HR Group, on behalf of its client, a well-known company that specializes in multilingual certifications, is looking to recruit an Online Exams Supervisor that specializes in the German Language.

As an Online Exams Supervisor, you will:

• Actively monitor the candidates at all times.
• Ensure that when non compliances occur, the exam is locked, and the issue is escalated to the supervisor.
• Determine and resolve candidates’ technical issues prior or during the exam, through customized platforms, chat, phone, or e-mails.
• Ensure that candidate validation is performed according to the exam requirements.

What you should have:

• Excellent knowledge of the German language both written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be considered as a plus.
