MED SEA HEALTH S.A. is looking to recruit for its 5* Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort in Paliouri, Kassandra, Halkidiki , for the season of 2019:

Restaurant Manager

The role: Restaurant manager’s responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. He/She ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Candidate profile

• Tourism Degree / Diploma
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager within a 5* hotel
• Excellent command of English language; a second language (Russian, German or French) would be considered as an asset
• Capable to work under pressure, be proactive and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced luxury environment with customer-centric attitude
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
