German /French/ Italian Technical Support Representatives (Work from Home)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, leading in its sector, is looking for Multilingual Speakers to join the Technical Support team in one of the biggest multinational companies.

The ideal Candidate should:

• Retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
• Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via free phone lines, mail and online chat for customers in order to diagnose and repair faults, resolve network issues and others.
• Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a technical problem.
• Be able to analyze problems, and quickly form solutions to return systems to proper operation.

• Fluency in German, Italian or French language.
• Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written).
• Tech savvy.
• Previous experience in the field will be considered as an asset.
• Genuinely excited to respond to customers’ queries and problem-solving oriented.
• Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and passionately communicative.
