to join the Technical Support team in one of the biggest multinational companies.
The ideal Candidate should:
- Retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via free phone lines, mail and online chat for customers in order to diagnose and repair faults, resolve network issues and others.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a technical problem.
- Be able to analyze problems, and quickly form solutions to return systems to proper operation.
