Περιγραφή

Aegeo Spas, the biggest Wellness Services company in Greece with more than 300 SPA centers in 4- and 5-Star Hotels across Greece, Cyprus, and Balkan area, is looking for a motivated Training Officer to join our team at Central Offices in Athens.

Job Description

  • Responsible for developing and delivering training programs to employees
  • Member of a team who builds the annual training program and prepares the educational requirements of new and existing staff complying with company’s policies and procedures
  • Suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement and learning objectives under the manager’s supervision
  • Supports the creation of training content such as training videos, webinars and training manuals

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or Certificate in Education, Communications, Instructional design or a related field to Adult’s Learning.
  • Proficient written & verbal both in Greek and English language
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Qualifications

  • Work experience in similar role would be considered an asset
  • Experience with e-learning software and platforms
