• Improve the online customer journey for a selection of sports in order to maximize sales.
• Optimize the relevancy of SEO for all the company's categories.
• Work closely with the company's worldwide team to improve the user's experience, conversion and traffic.
• Pilote and analyze the business performance on a regular basis and take actions.
• Assist in the creation of new features on the website and application.
• Promote the products regarding to the seasonality and commercial operations on the website and app.
• Work closely with the IT team in order to provide solutions on UI & UX issues, propose and implement improvements.
• Ensure the daily management of e-commerce activity by liaising with logistics warehouse / carriers to ensure the delivery of goods and with the stores.
• Customer service.

• At least 2-4 years of experience related with e-commerce and basic SEO techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in web or business.
  
• A master related with the field will be a plus.
• A first successful experience in marketing and/or e-commerce with concrete contributions in business or in personal projects.
• Passionate about marketing, technology and data.
• Knowledge of e-commerce frameworks such as Shopify, Prestashop, Magento or Wordpress.
