Job Description

·         Daily scheduling of vehicles

·         Monitor daily stock levels and provide feedback to production

·         Communication with customers and other departments within the company

·         Communication with drivers

·         Assist in the delivery process and handle the appropriate documentation.

·         Support the handling of the logistics providers

·         Execute export process

·         University Degree in Operations / Logistics / Finance / Business Administration

·         Master’s degree in Logistics / Finance / Business Administration will be considered as an asset

·         At least two (2) years of relevant working experience

·         Very good command of spoken and written English

·         Very good knowledge of IT systems

·         Familiarity with ERP program environment is desirable

·         Excellent communication and organizational skills

·         Organizational skills, teamwork, efficiency, consistency and flexibility
